Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Launch C. We've written them in plain language because we believe you shouldn't need a lawyer to understand what you're agreeing to.

What Launch C is

Launch C is a guidance tool that helps you discover businesses that fit your skills and provides action plans to help you get started. We give you information, recommendations, and a structured plan based on your background.

Launch C is not financial advice. We don't guarantee any level of income or business success. Your results depend on your effort, your market, your execution, and many factors outside our control. The income projections in your plan are estimates based on typical outcomes — not promises.

Your account

• You need a valid email address to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your login secure.
• One account per person. Don't share your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Launch C.

Payments and refunds

Action Plan ($19 one-time):

• Payment is processed by Stripe at the time of purchase.
• Once your plan has been generated, the purchase is non-refundable.
• However, if you complete all 30 days and genuinely feel the plan wasn't useful, email us. We'll make it right.

Guide subscription ($12/month or $99/year):

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us.
• When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
• We don't offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Your content

Everything you write in your intake answers, outcome checks, and assistant conversations belongs to you. We use it to provide our service (generating recommendations, creating your plan, answering your questions) but we don't claim ownership of your content.

When you share your card result on social media, you're sharing a public link. Anyone with the link can see your card type and tagline (but not your intake answers or recommendations).

What you agree not to do

• Don't use Launch C for anything illegal.
• Don't try to reverse-engineer our recommendation system.
• Don't submit intentionally false information to manipulate results.
• Don't resell or redistribute action plans or weekly tasks.
• Don't automate access to our APIs beyond normal use.

Limitation of liability

Launch C provides business guidance, not guarantees. We are not responsible for business losses, missed opportunities, or any outcomes that result from following (or not following) our recommendations. Starting a business involves risk, and that risk is yours.

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll email you at least 14 days before the changes take effect. By continuing to use Launch C after changes take effect, you agree to the updated terms.
