Privacy Policy

We built Launch C to help you figure out what business to start. To do that, we need some information about you. Here's exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do (and don't do) with it.
What we collect
- Email address — When you sign in. Used for authentication, account recovery, and to send you plan updates if you opt in.
- Intake answers — The 5 questions you answer when drawing your card. Used to match you with a card and generate business recommendations.
- Business progress— If you purchase an action plan, we track which days you've completed and your weekly check-in notes. Used to personalize your weekly tasks and show your progress.
- Revenue reports — If you voluntarily report revenue through the weekly outcome check. Used to celebrate milestones and improve our recommendations.
- Payment information — Processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To generate your card reading and business recommendations
- To create your personalized 30-day action plan
- To generate weekly tasks based on your progress
- To answer your questions through the business assistant
- To improve our matching and recommendation quality over time
- To send you emails you've opted into (plan updates, weekly check-ins)
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data to anyone. Ever.
- We don't share your data with third parties for advertising.
- We don't use your data to train machine learning models outside of Launch C.
- We don't show your information to other users (your card result is private unless you choose to share it).
Cookies
We use cookies for authentication (keeping you signed in) and basic analytics (understanding which pages people visit). We don't use tracking cookies for advertising.
Third-party services
- Supabase — Database and authentication (your data is stored here)
- Stripe — Payment processing
- Vercel — Website hosting
- Resend — Transactional emails
Each of these services has their own privacy policy and security practices. We chose them because they take data protection seriously.
Data deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@launchc.com. We'll process your request within 30 days and confirm when it's done.
Changes to this policy
If we make significant changes to how we handle your data, we'll email you before the changes take effect. Minor updates (like fixing typos or adding clarity) won't trigger a notification.
